Terms and Conditions
Clear terms of use, puppy adoption conditions, pricing disclosures, and buyer responsibilities for families using alvaradohuskies.com.
Agreement to Website and Adoption Terms
Welcome to alvaradohuskies.com, the official website of Alvarado Huskies. By accessing our website, browsing our available Siberian Husky puppy profiles, or submitting an adoption inquiry to info@alvaradohuskies.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern both your use of our online content and the procedures for reserving, purchasing, and receiving a purebred Siberian Husky puppy from our breeding program in the United States.
We update our available puppy listings regularly to reflect current availability, ages, and status badges. While we strive to keep every detail accurate and current, all puppy placements remain subject to prior reservation and final veterinary travel clearance prior to departure.
Eligibility, Pricing, and Household Approval
Every Siberian Husky puppy listed on our website is offered to approved family homes at the stated adoption price of $700 per puppy unless otherwise noted in writing on a specific profile. Prospective buyers must be at least eighteen years of age and capable of providing a safe, clean, and loving indoor environment suitable for an active companion dog. Alvarado Huskies reserves the right to ask reasonable questions regarding your household schedule, yard or exercise plans, and veterinary care arrangements, and we reserve the right to decline any placement if we believe a home is not a suitable match for the welfare of the puppy.
Buyers are responsible for verifying that local municipal ordinances, homeowner associations, or residential lease agreements permit ownership of a Siberian Husky prior to finalizing a reservation. Ensuring that your household is ready for a puppy helps create a lasting, harmonious placement.
Reservations, Payment, and Health Documentation
Once your inquiry is approved and you select a specific Siberian Husky puppy, a written adoption agreement is prepared outlining the puppy name, sex, age, microchip number, vaccination record, $700 adoption price, and chosen pickup or delivery method. Full payment must be completed and verified prior to the puppy departing our care for either in person pickup or accompanied travel. Each puppy is accompanied by our written fourteen day viral health warranty and one year congenital health guarantee as detailed on our Health Guarantee page.
When pickup or delivery is scheduled, buyers agree to be present at the agreed appointment time or airport arrival terminal with valid photo identification. Prompt communication with our team or your assigned travel nanny ensures a smooth handoff for your puppy.
Veterinary Checkup and Lifelong Rehoming Commitment
Adopting families agree to have their new Siberian Husky puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within seventy two hours of arrival or pickup to validate the initial health guarantee and establish ongoing preventative care. Buyers further agree to never surrender, abandon, or sell a puppy from Alvarado Huskies to a municipal animal shelter, humane society, pet store, or research facility. If at any point during the dog life an adopting family can no longer care for their Siberian Husky due to unforeseen personal circumstances, the buyer agrees to notify Alvarado Huskies at info@alvaradohuskies.com so we can assist in returning the dog to our care or placing the dog directly into another vetted family home.
Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
All photographs, puppy descriptions, logos, and written educational materials published on alvaradohuskies.com are the intellectual property of Alvarado Huskies and may not be copied, reproduced, or republished on other websites without prior written permission. Under no circumstances shall the total financial liability of Alvarado Huskies for any claim arising out of the purchase or health of a puppy exceed the original $700 purchase price paid for that puppy.
