Our Commitment to Fair and Transparent Adoptions
Alvarado Huskies is committed to fair, transparent policies that protect both the health of our Siberian Husky puppies and the investment of our adopting families across the United States. Because caring for and preparing a live puppy involves veterinary examinations, interstate health certifications, travel scheduling, and turning away other interested families while a puppy is held for you, our Refund and Return Policy sets out clear expectations before any reservation is finalized.
Every adoption is documented in writing so you know the exact price of $700 per Siberian Husky puppy, what veterinary services and health guarantees are included, and how any request for a cancellation, replacement, or refund is handled.
Pre Departure Cancellations and Schedule Changes
If you reserve a specific Siberian Husky puppy and need to cancel or postpone your adoption prior to pickup or transport departure, please notify us in writing at info@alvaradohuskies.com as early as possible. When a cancellation request is received at least seventy two hours before scheduled pickup or travel departure, any payment made toward the $700 puppy price may either be refunded minus documented third party veterinary travel certificate fees already incurred, or transferred in full toward another available puppy or an upcoming litter within twelve months. If Alvarado Huskies ever has to cancel a reservation due to an unexpected veterinary finding prior to departure, you will receive an immediate one hundred percent refund of all funds paid.
Veterinary Health Claims, Replacements, and Reimbursements
Once a puppy has arrived in your care, refunds and replacements are governed by our written Health Guarantee. If your licensed veterinarian examines the puppy within seventy two hours of arrival and diagnoses a serious preexisting viral illness or life threatening congenital defect that was present at the time of transfer, you may choose either to return the puppy for a full $700 refund or a healthy replacement puppy of equal value, or to keep the puppy and receive reimbursement for documented veterinary treatment costs up to the $700 purchase price. Written veterinary documentation and laboratory or diagnostic findings must be submitted to info@alvaradohuskies.com within five days of the veterinary examination to process a claim.
Our veterinary team reviews all submitted diagnostic records promptly and works directly with your attending veterinarian to verify the findings and complete your chosen resolution without unnecessary delay.
Voluntary Returns and Lifelong Rehoming Support
Because transitions between homes can be stressful for young animals, we do not offer cash refunds simply because a buyer changes their mind, experiences landlord restrictions, or discovers mild household allergies after taking possession of a healthy puppy. However, in accordance with our lifelong rehoming commitment, we will always accept a healthy dog back into our care if your family can no longer keep the puppy. When a healthy puppy is voluntarily returned within fourteen days of arrival for non medical personal reasons, and arrives in good physical condition with all original paperwork, we will gladly issue a partial credit or refund once the puppy is re examined by our veterinarian and placed with a new family.
Refund Processing Timelines and Contact Information
All approved monetary refunds are issued back to the original buyer within seven business days of claim verification or puppy return. Transportation fees paid to third party air nannies or ground couriers after travel has already been completed are non refundable, as those services have already been rendered by the carrier.
